YYSLUPING Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Return & Refund Policy from the date of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to improper use (drops, water damage, etc.).
- Products repaired by third parties.
- Free promotional items.
- Products returned after the 30-day window without a valid warranty claim.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to "change of mind" or incorrect order placement, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-reimbursable unless a prepaid label was provided.

YYSLUPING Responsibility: We cover the return shipping cost if the return is caused by:
- Manufacturing defects or quality issues.
- Shipping errors (wrong item sent).
- Damaged or missing items.
- Lost Packages: YYSLUPING is not responsible for packages lost after the tracking status shows "Delivered" to the correct address.
4. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 business day.
- After Shipping: Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You must receive the item and then initiate a return following our standard return process.
5. Special Cases & Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these specific guidelines:

Dead On Arrival (DOA):
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a clear video or photo proof of the defect.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Damaged Packaging/Missing Items:
- If the outer packaging is broken or items are missing, contact us immediately with photos.
- If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package or file a claim with the courier immediately.
6. How to Return
- Contact Support: Email us at service@yysluping.com with your Order Number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Ship It Back: Send the product to the address provided by our support team. Please keep the shipping receipt.
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
7. Refund Processing
- Approval: We will notify you via email once your return is received and approved.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of approval.
