When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Shipping Rate: The shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the seller. We do not require consumers to pay for shipping fees when delivering to any country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Change of Address:
A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.
We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. You may change your delivery address before we dispatch your order. Unfortunately, we can't modify the delivery address once your order is in transit. We accept order cancellations only before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped . Return & Refund policies will apply.
